L2S Summer Trail Series Race 1

Join these 4 week sessions at front range trails where we will be repeating the same route each week (time trial format) to work on improving our trail running.

All levels and paces welcome. L2S will have 1-2 trailblazers at each session to help lead and pace front and back of the packer runners and power hikers.

Group warm-up and tips from an expert coach before each session
Training tips and “homework” to complete between sessions
Mapped routes
