Run at your pace, or take your sweet time. After the event enjoy carnival rides, games and food at the Burlington Jamboree! The Carnival opens after the awards ceremony at 1:00pm.

Why “Kringle Rush”?

Over the last decade, It has been our tradition to serve Chocolate Kringle after the Chocoholic 5K/10K. It was only fitting after the termination of Chocolate Fest to rebrand this endurance event the “Kringle Krush”. We promise to introduce more of the flavors offered by our local bakeries. So burn up those calories with a 5K or 10K Run/Walk then celebrate your accomplishment with this buttery, flaky and thoroughly delicious Danish delight along with a malted beverage to compliment your palette.

The “Kringle Krush” is the ONLY endurance event anywhere dedicated to this unique pastry and it is sure to be enjoyed by all participants. Kringle is Wisconsin’s Official State Pastry made right here in Racine County.

Kringle from Racine County has gained an enthusiastic worldwide following. The pastry has been featured on the Food Network, the Travel Channel, the “Today Show,” “CBS Sunday Morning” and other national TV outlets.
