Description:

This is a 5 night/6 day High Performance Running Camp for 20 runners 6th Grade – 8th graders who love to run. The camp location is Frisco, Colorado. Elevation 9’200. The camp is for the runner who has already competed in a JO Running program or has been a part of an organized sports program such as soccer or JOXC/Track and is eager to improve their knowledge, to learn how to set goals and to train with their peers. Campers are housed in a large home and all meals are prepared and cooked at the home with the exception of “Pizza Night”. We train daily on beautiful trails throughout Summit County, we spend a day in Leadville, Breckenridge and an afternoon canoeing on Lake Dillon.
