THE 5TH ANNUAL KLICKITAT TRAIL RUN!!! THE Columbia Gorge Running Club working with Community Enrichment for Klickitat County (CEKC) and support from the Klickitat Trail Conservancy presents to you it’s 2017 5th Annual KLICKITAT TRAIL MARATHON – HALF & 5k Run! THIS run counts towards the WASHINGTON HALF AND FULL SERIES CHALLENGE!!!!! THIS is a FUNDRAISING event benefiting two communities – THE KLICKITAT YOUTH CENTER and the LYLE ACTIVITY CENTER. TWO Communities Coming Together To Make A Difference!! Enjoy the breathtaking fall colored views of the Klickitat Canyon walls while running trail along the Roaring Klickitat River! This is a Medium Techinical Course due to some rocky areas as well as areas you can pick up speed and stretch your legs out! This Course has mild elevation/decline( 500’ overall really not noticeable). Plenty of aid stations and porta potties! All races receive a Finishers Medallion! First Place Winning Plaques go to first place overall winners to both Male and Female on each race! Everyone has a chance of winning something from our Amazing Prizes!! We are known for our after party gathering of Music and a fresh variety of home made soups – Chilli – Breads – Pizza & Pastries! We offer a Full Marathon – Out and Back a Half Marathon – Point to Point and a 5k – Point to Point
