The 9 km race starts at the Terrace Sportsplex and heads up Park Avenue to the Walsh Avenue Terrace Mountain trail head. Participants complete a clockwise Flathead trail loop on Terrace Mountain, taking in majestic views of the Skeena and Kitimat River Valleys and surrounding mountains, before running down Park Avenue to the finish at the Terrace Sportsplex.
No course cutting is allowed. This is to minimize trail damage and provide a level playing field to all competitors. Cutting the course will result in disqualification.
