24505 Buffalo Valley Road, Moran WY, 83013, USA
This event takes place at historic Turpin Meadow Ranch in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, located at the gateway to Yellowstone & Grand Teton National Parks. John Wayne starred in his first movie, The Big Trail, in this area and earned the name John Wayne here. Runners and hikers will traverse rugged dirt roads and single track trails through forested terrain in the heart of Bridger-Teton National Forest. Experience the raw landscape that launched an Americna icon while taking in expansive views of the Grand Tetons and the Buffalo Fork River. The run benefits the John Wayne Cancer Foundation, so every step you take advances the fight against cancer through pioneering cancer research and programs.
