The Flagstaff Half Marathon benefits the John Wayne Cancer Foundation, so every step you take helps advance the fight against cancer through pioneering cancer research and programs. Run in honor of family and friends who have been affected by cancer. This course weaves through the towering Ponderosa Pine Forest of Mars Hill and the Observatory Mesa, featuring single track trails and open smooth trailsblanketed with pine needles.
