Island Park Sawtelle Fun Run

The event is located at the base of Sawtelle Mountain in the Caribou-Targhee National Forest. Lots of Patriotic water stations along the course will provide encouragement and subsistence. Indeed, a trail run with plenty of shade, streams, and beauty.

The course winds through the beautiful Caribou-Targhee National Forest, all on scenic forest service trails with Sawtelle Mountain as our backdrop.
Besides participating in a fun, healthy activity, runners and walkers will contribute to the development of the recreational trails system in Island Park. This project is dedicated to a non-motorized trail from Henry’s Lake to Harriman State Park.
