Description:

In Cold Mud 5K presented by Beech Mountain Parks & Rec Department will be held August 12, 2023 on Beech Mountain’s Wild Iris Trail. We have Cold Mud on Beech Mountain year round. With summertime temperatures barley reaching 80! In Cold Mud was a collective effort between our Tourism and Development Authority and the Parks & Recreation Department. Now more than ever we see the importance of outdoor recreation in daily life to keep stress down and happiness high. We are fortunate to be able to share Beech Mountain beauty and get everyone outdoors!
