Hoosic River 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk

Description: We’re excited to announce the Inaugural Hoosic River Revival's 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk will be held on Saturday, June 21st, 2025! The course is a mixed terrain out and back that will go through the MASS MoCA campus, Heritage State Park, and along the south branch of the Hoosic River. It’s sure to be a beautiful day filled with community spirit and an appreciation for our local environment. Also, until June 20th, help fundraise for Hoosic River Revival by competing in our “Confluence Of Two” silent auction by bidding online to win a Berkshires-celebrated VIP-experience lot. Each lot will enable the winning bidder to walk a mile with their favorite local leader at HRR's inaugural Hoosic River Run: 5K Run & 1-Mile Walk on June 21st. 5K & 1-Mile Walk Registration Fees: - Early Registration until May 15th: $25 - May 15th to June 20th: $30 - Day-of Registration: $40 - Student Rate: $25 - Children under 12 yrs: $15 - 1 Mile walk (all ages): $15 Important Race Day Info: -There will be a water station at the turn around for the 5K as well as post-race snacks and beverages for all participants. -Bathrooms will be available at Mass MoCA. There are no facilities along the race route. -Parking is available at North Adams City Hall, Northern Berkshire District Court, and in the lot on St. Anthony’s Drive. Please do not park in MASS MoCA’s main parking lot. -All participants will receive a commemorative race medal and there will be prizes for the overall winners in the Male, Female and Non-Binary categories. -Size guaranteed t-shirts will be available for the first 200 participants who register by June 1st. We’ll have a limited number of extra t-shirts available on race day, but sizes will be first come, first serve and are no longer guaranteed.
