Headwaters Half (17 miler)

Description: The half being half a 50K. Roughly 17 miler. We've added an additional aid station (2 total), which added the additional 4ish miles. We also took off a creek crossing (YAY!). One additional change, we rerouted one of the more soupy sections from the course. So if we have a lot of rain like last year, the trail will slightly be less wet. We will have awesome finisher prizes. This can be a tough race. The weather being the most unpredictable factor. You will have to cross 2 creeks and depending on how much rain we get those creeks can be knee high. Since we've added more mileage, I would say this increases the challenge of the course. We were able to double the entry field of the race. We will now have off site parking with shuttle services to the and from the race.
