Rails to Trails – crushed limestone path. The Hazleton Town & Trail Race Series is a partnership event directed by Frank Romero in conjunction with the Greater Hazleton Area Civic Partnership and Hazleton POWER!. Our goal is to promote the rails-to-trails and the downtown area and provide residents, families and visitors with an opportunity for healthy activities and outdoor recreation.
