GreenFest on the Greenbelt

GreenFest on the Greenbelt is an event centered around health, wellness, and recreation. There will be food and activities for the whole family including food trucks, vendors, and music. The 1 Mile Fun Run will stay near the festival area for all of the spectators to enjoy. The 5K is a good introduction to off-road running/walking. The course will be almost entirely off-road and will take you along the beautiful Greenbelt Trail, across the historic Elm Fork Bridge and introduce you to the equestrian trails. Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are welcome. The 10K is for those who are a little more adventurous and serves as a good introduction to trail running/walking. There will be sections that are a little more technical than the traditional Greenbelt surface. For all distances, dogs on a leash are welcome to join and we do not allow strollers due to the amount of the course that is unpaved.
