Great Springs Trail Race – Canyon Lake
1769 Canyon Park Rd, Canyon Lake TX, 78133, USA
The race features a gorgeous and well-marked 7.8 mile loop, mostly shaded, bobbing and weaving near the shoreline with a good bit of technical trails. We will have a full on aid station party around the halfway point of the loop, stocked with more than ample food, drinks, and ice. There will also be additional water and ice stations between those points to help keep you cooled off and having fun. The 25K will do two full loops. The 50K will do 4 full loops. The 10K will shortcut off the full loop to get your distance right on 6.2 miles. The 5K will have a well-marked turn to get you back to the finish line around 3.1 miles.
This race will immerse you in the rugged beauty of Canyon Park, Texas, as you run through the winding Madrone Trail and views of Canyon Lake. Whether you’re tackling your first off-road adventure or pushing your limits as a seasoned trail runner, you’ll find a friendly, supportive environment that celebrates every athlete’s journey. After you cross the finish line, we will keep the excitement going with post-race festivities that capture the true spirit of trail running.
