Grand Mesa Ultras

Good old fashioned Colorado mountain trail races run at high elevation! The races take place in Western Colorado (near Grand Junction) on the Grand Mesa which is known as the largest flat-topped mountain in the world. The terrain varies from technical rocky ridges to smooth single track with wildflowers, grassy meadows, numerous lakes and streams, pine and aspen forests with views galore! The average elevation is 10,000′, the highest point (and greatest views) for each race is the summit of Crag Crest at 11,200′. We have 4 race distances to satisfy all sorts of running needs: 100m, 50m, 50k, 30k!
