Description: The Sacramento Running Association, the same organization that hosts and produces the California International Marathon, brings you the 5th Annual Gold Rush 50K! The event will features a 50k and a two-person relay, and we are excited to bring you the ultimate ultra race day experience. The race will start at Salmon Falls Boat Launch and end in Historic Folsom, primarily following the rugged and historic gold miner routes on mostly single-track trails, all within the scenic Sierra foothills. The Gold Rush 50K is a great training run for a summer 100-miler or 100k, and is also a great way for first-timers to dip their toes into the ultra scene. Join us!
