Back by popular demand….Fleet Feet Nashville’s annual Summer Trail Mixer Series! Beginning Thursday, June 18th at 6pm, meet us every Thursday night thru July 27th at the Deep Wells Trailhead in Percy Warner Park. If you’re new to trail running – or are a trail runner new to Nashville, this is a great opportunity to learn all about one of our favorite trail systems. We’ll go over trail etiquette and some basics like how to run the hills (hint: you don’t!). You’ll get to choose either the White trail (2.5 mile loop) or Red trail (4.5 mile loop) and the opportunity to try out some trail shoes.

Please note that while Summer Trail Mixers are beginner and walker friendly, they are no stroll in the park. We will cover a minimum of three (3) moderately hilly and technical miles. Bring a water bottle and your can-do attitude!

This event is FREE but you must register and sign a waiver on this RunSignup page. Our highly sought after “Let’s Get Dirty” shirts will be provided to the first 150 registered participants. Size requests will be accommodated on a first come first serve basis and can not be guaranteed. You must be able to pick up your shirt within the first two weeks of trail mixers unless otherwise noted by administrators.
