English’s Ridge Rumble

This a multi distance event with options of 10 or 20 mile or 50k. Each lap of the course is approximately 10.4 miles with about 1,300 ft of elevation gain. The race runs in the heat of Central New York at Green Lakes State Park. We use almost every hill we could possibly find in the park in order to provide a 90% trail event with approx 10% being on roads throughout the park. The event is in April which sometimes brings snow but will surely bring cooler temperatures.
