Description:

The 5K loop course at Murphy probably contains the most challending 5KM of running in the Endless Summer Trail Run Series but overall the course is held on very fun and very runable double-track grass and dirt trails. *Note that there will be no aid stations at 5KM or shorter races this year so if you need water please carry a water bottle.
