About the ESTRS French 5KM:
The French 5KM consists of a fun and very runnable but rolling 5KM loop. The trails are primarily wide, non-technical, soft surface paths through the woods that act as ski trails in the Winter. There are no water stops for ESTRS races 5KM or shorter, so carry a water bottle if you think you need it. The elevation gain for the race is about 210 FT (68 FT per mile).
