Double Mary Friday 5 Mile

Description:

Yes! It’s a double. A half marathon on Saturday and another half marathon on Sunday. Plus you can now add a 5 mile run on Friday!

Ya, it’s bold! But you can do it.

You can register for one day, both days, or all 3 days. Your run. Your call. Each days run will take place on a crushed limestone trail that is flat as a pancake. Great surface to run on with beautiful scenery.

Individuals competing in the Double Half Mary will receive a dry-blend shirt, a finisher’s medal for each day completed and post-race food & drinks.

Individuals competing in the Double Half Mary+5 will receive a dry-blend shirt, a finishers patch for completing all 3 events, a finisher’s medal for each day completed and post race food & drinks.

Individuals completing in a single half marathon will receive a t-shirt and a finisher’s medal.

Water Stations

There are a total of 3 water stations going out and you will hit the same 3 coming back for a total of 6 opportunities for water. A map where the water stations will be located will be provided closer to race day.

Post Race Party

You just ran 13.1 miles! Lets celebrate with chocolate milk, water, music and food! Get photos, cheer others to the finish line and celebrate with your family and friends.

Awards

Each finisher will receive a commemorate DHM medal. Age group awards will be given to the top three finishers, men & women in the following age groups: 0-10; 11-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 60-69; 80+. The first man and woman to cross the finish line each day will receive an overall award. The first man and woman to have the overall best time for both Saturday & Sunday will receive free entry into the 2018 DHM.

Safety Policy

For participant safety, and to comply with our insurance, no pets, bicycles, or rollerblades are allowed in the race. Participants running with baby joggers or strollers are asked to start in the back and to be courteous to your fellow runners.
