Description:

The course is designed for anyone who wants an easier run without all the big rocks and roots to jump over but you can still have a great time. There’s beautiful views and it starts going up at a low grade for 10km and then you either tag off to a friend or turn-around and come back down for 10km.

There is only one trail to follow all the way up to the turnaround which is really easy to follow. It’s a wide path and it will be lightly flagged.
