Colorado Springs Trail Running Camp for Kids (COS-TRCK)

Our goal is to provide a safe place for kids to learn how to run on trails, build confidence, and to help develop the strength that is within. We all have the ability to push when things get tough. We all have the ability to do hard things and through trail running, we will demonstrate and learn from each other how to hone in on this power.

We will do this by running a 2 day camp (this year) in Palmer Park led by some amazing coaches. Future camps may be in other parks in the Colorado Springs area.
