Cascadia Trail Series – Timp Shadow 5k

Description: Everyone knows that road running gets old, so why not kick the asphalt to the curb and join us where the grass is greener (literally,) the terrain & scenery are ever changing & the people are happier? Our short mountain race series is built for the beginner to the expert. Shorter & less difficult races at the beginning of the year, building up to longer distances & more technical terrain by the end. No, we aren't an ultra. But you won't see most of our participants walking the whole course either (although some do and you're welcome to!) We're competitive, but fun. Beginners will love the comraderie of trail spirit & amazing scenery, while avid trail runners will love the technicality & great competition of some of the best short distance trail runners out there. Choose from 4 different races, or run all of them!
