Last Runner Standing

This spring Bubba purchased a parcel behind his existing fields, making for a great network of trails This event will likely rotate formats annually (last person standing / timed or distance ultra). The course is a 3.5 mile loop consisting mostly of forest singletrack but also contains short sections of snowmobile trail, fields, and logging roads. Each lap will have approximately 200′ of elevation gain. A minimal aid station will be located midway through the loop.

Format: This will be a last person standing format – for those not familiar, each participant must finish the course within an hour and be in the starting area prior to the next lap start. The race is over once there is only one person left in the starting area and that person completes their final lap. There will be tiered awards for those who finish 6, 12, & 24+ laps.

We’ll have sandwiches available Saturday for lunch and will grill burgers (meat and veggie) Saturday evening with a bonfire and beer from Tuckerman Brewery. Swag bags to the first 25 entrants with items from Julbo Eyewear, Hydrapak, Clifbar, Skratch, and more. Even if you’re not signed up you can come and camp, run a lap, and support the runners!
