Breckenridge Oktoberfest 5K Trail Run

The Oktoberfest 5K is back again this fall offering an active start to a festive weekend. Lace up your running shoes and experience the changing aspens and beautiful scenery in this 5K trail run on Town of Breckenridge trails, finishing in time to enjoy the Breckenridge Oktoberfest celebration.

The race is open to 300 runners.Pre-registration closes at 12:00pm Friday, September 6. Please read FAQs for race day information.Fees (includes an Oktoberfest 5K t-shirt):Pre-registration – Adults (18 and older) – $35 Youth (17 and under) $20Same-day registration (begins at 7:00am if not sold out) – Adults – $40, Youth $25No credit cards are accepted for same day registration – cash or check only.

In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen trail conditions, the race director reserves the right to delay, cancel or reschedule the race. There are no refunds in the event of cancellation.Recreation Department volunteers are the backbone of a event. Participants may encounter volunteers along the course, at registration, at the finish line, and at post-race parties and events. Racers are expected to interact with volunteers in a professional and respectful manner. Should an event participant demonstrate inappropriate or abusive behavior toward any volunteer, s/he may be suspended from future Town of Breckenridge Recreation Department events.
