Blue Hills Skyline Trail Run
1904 Canton Avenue, Milton MA, 02186, USA
The TARC Blue Hills Skyline Trail Run is 12 km (also part of the Grand Tree Trail Race Series) with 550 m elevation approx on the Blue Hills Reservation North and South Skyline Trail and Bugbee Path. The trail is extremely rocky and steep and demands balance and agility. Expect scenic views of the Boston skyline along with staircase steep climbs and tumbling rock down hills. Course markings follow skyline blazes with few signs at critical points. There will be water stops with light refreshments at the finish. BYOWB (Bring Your Own Water Bottle filled with water). This is definitely an “old school” trail run – no bibs and as you cross the finish line you get a popsicle stick with a number. A time and name is then recorded for that number. Prizes (Blueberry Pie) for 1st F, 1st M, 1st MF, 1st MM. Limited to 100 runners. 7:30 am start. Benefits–Friends of the Blue Hills and Back On My Feet Boston
