Come experience true Mountain Racing at the Wolf Ridge Ski Slopes in the midst of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina. The Hill Climb, 5k, & 10k Distances are separated by time to allow those crazy enough to attempt all three races. The 5k & 10k will race up and down the mountain on a 1.5 mile loop which will gain 700 plus feet each loop. Your quads will ache by the end of this one. By why stop there? We’ve thrown in a hill climb (1k) straight up the steepest part of the mountain! If you can run up this course without using your hands, you will earn legendary status! We also have a kids race (roughly 3/4 mile) that will allow them to get a taste of Mountain Running!
