Description:

Be a part of the first ever trail relay marathon in Elkin, NC! The event will take place on Saturday, October 25th. The course follows the historic Elkin & Alleghany Rail Trail and Elkin Creek Mountain Bike paths for a gravel-track trail run entirely in the woods. Teams of 2, 3 and 4 persons are encouraged to register for this event. Elkin is a premier outdoor recreation and nature-inspired foothills town, and a perfect place to enjoy a crisp and exhilarating fall morning! A portion of proceeds will benefit Watershed NOW/Friends of Big Elkin Creek, a local non-profit organization dedicated to the stewardship of the Big Elkin Creek watershed.
