Berea Runners 5K Trail Race

Description: Lace Em’ up! Come enjoy the autumn weather and sights. The Berea Runners Club welcomes you to one of central KY’s only trail 5k events. We are thrilled to be back for year two! The Silver Creek Bike Park is amidst the rolling hill country side. It is a superb place to run and the course offers everyone a great time on the trail. Cheer on your family and friends as they pass through the start/finish area twice during the run! Amenities : Porta Potty, water fill station , Post race snacks such as fresh fruit and chips, Dedicated race photographer. Single track, firmly packed DIRT. Good mix of flats, rolling hills, and a short hill to tackle. Trail is amidst open field/tree line and a portion of wooded area. One bridge crossing and one slate bed stream crossing(water pending week prior weather) . The race is THREE- 1 MILE LOOPS You will pass back through the start finish area after each lap. *Mountain bike jump features are closed to runners. While the larger bike trail complex is open to public, the race course will be closed to cyclist during the event.
