Description:

Run with the rising sun around the base of Mt Beerwah, known by the local indigenous tribes as the pregnant mother of the Glass House Mountains. This event always tests runners with its tough terrain and unpredictable conditions. Sprint, jog or hike; this is perfect race for beginners through to elite.

Beerwah@Daybreak is the final event in the Run Qld Day-Night Series. Complete all four events to automatically qualify for the series.

Interesting fact: The Aboriginal people tell a story of the Glass House Mountains of which Tibrogargan is the father, Beerwah the pregnant mother and Coonowrin the son who betrayed his parents.
