Adrenaline is the second race in the Insomniac Night Trail Series. Choose from distances of 10K, 27K and 54K. Four Peaks Staging Area at McDowell Mountain Regional Park, Fountain Hills, AZ. Directions. Rolling desert trails on single track with fast smooth sections and challenging mountainous sections. Tour the new Escondido and Cinch trails along with the picturesque Scenic ridge trail. Featuring a long loop and a short loop, runners will experience a variety of conditions and challenges.
