ACC 5K Fall Trail Run

Description:

The Pilot Mountain 5k Fall Trail Run/Walk is an annual event that supports youth and fitness programs at the Armfield Civic & Recreation Center.

The Armfield Center is a non-profit organization that provides many community opportunities including: fitness programs, youth activities, outdoor playground facilities, youth sports, and much more.
The 5k Trail Run course incorporates our grounds and beautiful nature trails. Runners/walkers will begin the event at the Armfield Center and will encounter the infamous “Hudson Hill” during the course of our event.

While running/walking, enjoy the trails of Nelson Acres. These trails allow participants to experience a forest of beautiful fall colors, smell the clean brisk air… hop over streams, jog up paths scattered with big beautiful rocks… over wooden bridges and beside rivers…pass through the fields of our challenging disc golf course, all while enjoying the overall experience of a challenging yet fun trail event!
