6-HOUR QUARRY MOUNTAIN QUEST

Description: Quarry Mountain Quest is a fun and fast 6-hour race that takes place on the side of a mountain near Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Over 80% of the race is on single track trails or off trail. The north side of the course requires navigating through scrub oak and the south side of the course is more open woods – but there are places where trees are down off trail. This race is a run/bike event with navigation. All of this event is conducted on Public Lands under special permit from the U.S. Bureau of Land Management.
