Description: Celebrate Earth Day with a 5k Run and family nature activities at the Howard County Conservancy! We will kick off our celebration at Belmont Manor and Historic Park with the 5K run through scenic Patapsco State Park followed by fun nature stations to earn our new Junior Naturalist Patch and enjoy light refreshments. Prizes awarded for select 5K runner categories. Sunday, April 24, 2016 - 8 a.m. 5K Run - $30/adult; $20/child - (price includes 5K entry fee &t-shirt) - 9-11 a.m. Family Nature Stations - Free - To register: www.hcconservancy.org/5k - (register by April 1st to guarantee shirt size) - All proceeds will support the Howard County Conservancy’s environmental education programs.
