3 days to 100K

Description: Is no ordinary 100K! It is a three day stage race to test your mind and mettle! 3 Days to 100K is our way of introducing the concept of stage racing to Oklahoma. What is a 3 day stage race you ask.... It's three days of consecutive running. Each day you will arrive at a different location at a specified start time and will run a predetermined distance with plenty of aid stations along the way. The mileage will be 25k the first day, 50k the 2nd and 25k the 3rd. The race will be very demanding! All three stages will be run on a variety of terrain including paved trails, dirt roads, creek beds, and single track trails (some of these trails have never been used in a running race). This race will not be a "walk in the park" but still do-able for most levels of runners with ample time allowed each day to finish the race. Each day you will be timed and at the end of the three days your times will be combined to determine the winner's and each individual's placement in the ranks. Runners may also enter the 2 Day on Saturday and Sunday, to be run concurrently with the 3 day race. Runners can also sign up for any one stage at a reduced price. You will get a race shirt but will not be eligible for awards but will receive a finisher's medals.
