Directions: Take 1-240 east from I-35 approx 8 miles to the Douglas Exit.
Proceed North 1/4 mile to SW 74th. Go East on SW 74th 1 mile to Post Rd. Turn South and go
approx. 1 mile. Look for the gravel parking area on the east side (it's a little hard to
see) Park there.
Trail Information: There are two distinct sets of trails: On the east side of Post
road are for non mechanized travel. From the Trail head there is a 4.7 mile short loop or
you can combine it with the second trail and get 11.4 miles or 12.3 if you add the red
trail towards the end of the second trail. This side is well maintained by numerous bike
groups. The West side is open to mechanized travel, but offers the toughest workout. If
you stick to the power line trail you will encounter good climbs and descents, plus the
addition of sand over 1/2 of the trail to add to the workout. There are over 90 miles of
trails in and around the west side.
Miscellaneous Information: The Draper trails offer the greatest variety of
trails (as well as longest) in central Oklahoma. Bring your own water because there are no
facilities.
