Directions: It is located about 15 miles South of Wilmington, NC, in
Carolina Beach.
Trail Information: The best place to park is the Visitor's Center.
The trails are mostly pine needles, and some spots with sand. If you piece
together the "Campground Trail" and the "Sugarloaf Trail"
you can do 4+ miles and then loop it again for 8, 12 etc.
Miscellaneous Information: Nice facilities at the Visitors Center, and
some great views of the Cape Fear Inlet and River.
