2015- 2016 AdventureCORPS CALENDAR OF EVENTS:

It is our goal to only send you useful, informative, interesting, and entertaining info, insights, stories, and more about our events, the people who do them, the greater world of endurance and adventure sports, and the natural world in which these events are held. We send out an average of three newsletters per month: sometimes less, sometimes more.

We just returned from hosting the 2015 Nutrimatix Badwater 135, held on the traditional route from Death Valley to Mt. Whitney, and we are happy to report that it went extremely well! We’ll have a report in an upcoming issue of this newsletter, but for now you can check out the webcast archive here and you can review the results here. Here’s what’s ahead in the Wide World of AdventureCORPS:

Oct 17-30, ’15 Badwater Presents Mustang Trail Race
Come join me for a two-week trip to Nepal, including an eight-day stage race in the super remote region of Mustang! This is a one-time event, so I hope you’ll be there! And I get to run in it, too, with you, along with my brother Keith! Limit 25 people and 20 entries are already confirmed. More Info.

Jan 23-24, ’16 Badwater Cerro Gordo
Our newest race, it’s a 102-miler based upon the 2014 Badwater 135 route. Featuring three hellacious climbs, a real ghost town, and the same final 30 miles as the Badwater 135, including Mt Whitney Portal, BUT will be held in winter when there could be snow! Registration will open in a few weeks. More Info.

March 19, ’16 Badwater Cape Fear
We have 50km and 51mi races and there are already over 50 runners registered! Takes place on Bald Head Island, North Carolina. It’s an “island time” get away and a gorgeous route! More Info.

May 1-2, ’16 Badwater Salton Sea
Our 81-mile foot race from below sea level up two mountain ranges to Palomar Mountain. You enter as a team of two or three, but it’s not a relay: it’s a team ultra – you and your teammates run together, sharing one support team. It’s a unique format on a spectacular, epic route that is a combination of road and trail. Registration is currently open. More Info.

July, ’16 Nutrimatix Badwater 135
The world’s toughest foot race returns in the height of summer. Applications accepted January 19 to February 2, 2016 ONLY. More Info.
