100% trail. Distances: 10k & 20k (repeat 10k loop) 99% is either up or downhill. 3 aid stations plus start finish. Awards for M/F overall in each distance. Masters (40+) M/F each distance. Food and beverage at finish for all runners included. Register online at Tanglewood Nature Center. There will be registration day of race.
