Ragnar Trail Rainier

Run the trail running race that combines camping, star-gazing, and discovering your inner wild. Hit the trails in the Evergreen State on August 24-25 at Ragnar Trail Rainier-WA, presented by Salomon! You and your team of 8 runners (or ultra-team of 4) will conquer some seriously gorgeous terrain at Crystal Mountain, just two hours outside of Seattle. Teams will tackle a series of three trail loops (red, yellow, and green) that start and end at Ragnar Village—and one runners heads out to conquer the course at a time, relay-style. and one runners heads out to conquer the course at a time, relay-style. When you’re not running, you’ll be cheering runners as they come into Ragnar Village, partying around the big communal campfire (roasting s’mores and sharing stories), and enjoying the fun-filled atmosphere set up at camp.

The race doesn’t stop when the sun goes down so be prepared to run through the night (yes, on the trail!) where your headlamp and a canopy of billions of stars will illuminate your path. Once everyone on your team has completed all the loops, you can run into the finisher’s area together where you’ll receive what is quite possibly the coolest, most functional, finisher’s medal you will find in the woods.
